Kipinä has reversed its carbon dioxide emissions by creating new biological carbon sinks together with Carboreal Oy. The biological carbon sinks have been implemented by planting new forest on fields in Finland that have been taken out of agricultural use. In 2024, our company's carbon dioxide emissions were 44 370 Co2 eq. The calculation of the carbon footprint follows the Greenhouse Gas Protocol standard and covers scopes 1, 2 and 3.
