With an easy-to-use plug 'n play application, doctors' focus was brought back from the endless burden of recording and back to patient encounters.
By utilizing existing sentences and speech recognition, RIDA translates records into repetitive actions, while increasing doctors' recordkeeping efficiency tenfold.
The RIDA application was born from Dr. Ridha Bennour's own experiences with telemedicine appointments and the vision that emerged from that to free up doctors' focus and time from recording in rigid patient information systems to actually meeting patients. The extremely easy-to-use application, created based on the needs of doctors, does not require integrations or a deployment project, but is ready to use in all programs after installation.

Kipinä's task was to combine business management, technical development, and process management in a way that would support the company's larger strategic direction.
