Agent-based development - training courses
Customized agent development training programs are designed to specifically address an organization’s skill needs.
We provide training for development teams and organizations at various levels of agent-based software development. Our training programs are tailored to each team’s skill level and the organization’s specific needs.
A human writes the code, while AI makes suggestions and assists with development at the line and block levels. The developer accepts, modifies, or rejects each suggestion. The agents do not yet have autonomy—the developer is in control of every keystroke.
LEVEL 1 - AI-assisted development
Agents understand the goals of development and are already carrying out multi-step tasks: they design, edit files, run tools and tests, and iterate. The development team sets the purpose of the work and reviews the final results, rather than writing every line of code themselves. In production, the developer transitions from writer to director.
LEVEL 2 - Agent-based engineering
A fully autonomous system—a so-called "code factory"—is still a reality for very few development teams. The goal, however, is a controlled system in which many agents continuously produce software at scale. Standardized pipelines, guardrails, and quality gates guide the output, where developers design and improve the ‘factory’—not individual features.
