Right now, we are living through a big change in the way we do work. Competition for skilled people is fierce and companies need to be able to react quickly to change. Big things are happening in the world that affect working life, and at the same time new professions are emerging all the time, for example through digitalisation.
Traditionally, the staffing industry has been very manual, providing person A for place B. Firms have been small and the service has been kept personal. With the desire for growth and solutions that work for the changing world of work, there really is a lot of room for digital across the industry.
Together, Kipinä and Eezy set out to build digital solutions that enable an environment where systems and processes work. The collaboration is a natural fit as both companies are contributing to the creation of a new way of working. Kipinä is transforming the software and consultancy industry and Eezy is transforming the entire staffing business.
Digital solutions are really important for Eezy. People feel more comfortable at work when tools and systems work, when they have more data at their fingertips and smoother processes.
Kipinä to solve the challenge
"It's personally motivating to be part of solving a client's core business challenges and creating something new through digital means." says Kari Kellokoski from Kipinä and continues. It's great to see that the team members are all working together with the same goals and that they all share the same common goals.
For Eezy, Kipinä has implemented an intermediate layer between different systems and visible services such as mobile applications. Through integrations and a redesigned architecture, functional applications for end users have been created.
