We've talked a lot about participation, community and well-being, but those things are behind this financially successful start to the year. When our experts are motivated, it shows to our clients. And the main winning factor is the customer experience and the value we deliver to our customers at Kipinä. That was our starting point 2.5 years ago, how best to deliver value to customers.
Our "Product" is good. We believe in experience, and in the fact that our experts are co-motivated and 100% committed to our clients' projects. In Kipinä all decisions are made together, i.e. our experts make the decisions, not me and Olli as founders. And this commitment is also reflected in our client work, everyone wants to do their best work and add value to our clients.
Shared decision-making is only possible by being fully transparent and open. It is this openness that creates a strong community. And it is this strong community that makes our experts feel good, and that is always ultimately reflected in the value we deliver to our clients.
Now there are more than 30 Kipinä people, and we've got new, good and experienced people joining the team, and there's no turnover at all.
